About Tony

I am a graduate of University of California, Irvine with a BA in Environmental Analysis, a BA in Political Science, and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning. My research interests include: residential design guidelines; neighborhood cohesiveness; The effectiveness of regional government agencies on environmental protection; resource management; the impact of landmines as a humanitarian and environmental issue; environmental law and policy.
